What is it?

Mentoring is a developmental relationship where experience, perspective, and insight are shared to support personal or professional growth over time. It focuses on helping individuals gain clarity, recognise patterns, and make more informed decisions, rather than providing direct solutions or instructions.

  • Moving away from feeling stuck, if not, gaining more clarity.

  • Someone to reflecting your thoughts safely.

  • Anytime you are ready to process feeling of stagnation, uncertainity or what is holding you back.

How is it done?

Shifu SiMing is still an undergraduate pursuing a Counselling degree and is not a registered counsellor. This mentoring provides a safe space to help you process your thoughts and emotions, and to gain clarity and insight using principles from Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
