This is suitable if you only have the floor plan and / or site map and unable to have Shifu SiMing to visit the home or office space on-site. There can be limitation in this method as there can be form sha that are not apparent on the floor plan / site map. Qi measured on-site may have discrepancy with the direction shown on site map too. Suitable floor can also be advised based on either Feng Shui or Numerology, whichever is more applicable.
Additional charges apply if you request to have the Curator to visit HDB Hub / Condo Showroom to select base on the models of the projects made.
A follow up site audit by Shifu SiMing is greatly recommended after selection. This can be done by topping up the difference to the In-Person Audit fee.
What happens during the selection or audit?
You have to provide the following before Shifu Ser Ming starts the work:
- A soft copy of the floor plan of the unit that is properly done. Shifu SiMing can purchase a proper PDF version of the floor plan on behalf of the client if the auditing space is a HDB unit. The current cost is S$5.
- Birth details including birth year, month, day, time and region/country belonging to all occupants for residential spaces.
- Birth details including birth year, month, day, time and region/country belonging to client, for workstation engagement; and decision makers for commercial spaces.
- Shifu SiMing will require you to take direction/orientation of the space.
- Any pre-existing issues that Shifu SiMing should be informed of (ie. any existing health conditions, facing legal problems, etc).
- Any specific area that you would want Shifu SiMing to pay more attention on (ie. to conceive child, to improve career luck, to improve romance, etc).
Audit content includes the following:
- Managing bad external forms, limited to what the floor plan and map on the vicinity show.
- Activating Qi Generating Sector(s) in the apartment, limited to what are the directions shown and not measuring the actual space.
- Placements of furniture and fittings in the apartment to manage and avoid activating the bad sectors.
- Auspicious date selection(s) for renovation (if required) and moving-in.
- Bed setup to increase childbearing, if required/possible/necessary.
- Mapping out the Benefactor sectors, if required/possible/necessary.
- Mapping out Wealth sectors, if required/possible/necessary.
- Mapping out Romance sectors, if required/possible/necessary.
- Advice on traditional prayers for before and after renovation, if required; and advice home altar setup, if required.
