When virtuous and vacant days overlap with any of the clashing, punishing, piercing days or troubling days, the virtuous and vacant days are able to weaken their negative effects.
Do note that difficult people or situation does not automatically resolved on virtuous days. It is just that the difficult people is likely to be less difficult as usual; or some resources or person with influence come forward to offer help or insight to the difficult people or situation.

Commemoration Day for Fire Deity 火神誕
There are a few Fire Deities in Chinese folklore and Taoism. I am unsure this particlar day is made to commemorate which one.
Commemoration Day for Divine Officer Wang 王靈官誕
Revered highly in Taoism as one of the well know Patron God to Taoist temples. Known for His great magical powers in wielding Fire and Thunder to exorcise evil spirits, He is also known to discipline evil doers.
Commemoration Day for Five Thunder Deities 五雷神誕
There are a few varieties of Five Thunder Deities in Chinese folklore and Taoism. I am unsure this particlar day is made to commemorate which one.
Commemoration Day for Harmony Immortals 和合二仙誕
Althought name immortals, they are founded in Chinese folk and not authentic Taoist pantheon. Prayers for blissful marriage is usually made to Them.

Commemoration Day for Tai Shang Lao Jun 太上老君誕
A very well-known Deity in the Taoist / Chinese Pantheon. It was also believed that the historical Lao Tze was the human avatar of Tai Shang Lao Jun. Also named as the Founder of Taoism. Common impression to be gentle, wise, patience and compassionate.

Qi Xi Festival 七夕節
This is when the stars Altair and Vega meets in which they were assumed the form of Cowherd and Weaving Maiden. One of the Chinese Valentine’s Days other than Yuan Xiao Festival.
Commemoration Day for the Descend of the Seven Fairy Maiden 七仙女下降日
This group of Fairies are more commonly known in various folklore tales than actual Taoist Canon. The commonly known folklore worship of Them includes love and beauty. However, if you look at the relevant folklore tales closely, They are associated with spiiritual cultivation, discipline and immortality. There are sources that suggest They are the deification of certain constellation worship.
Commemoration Day for Kui Xing 魁星誕
Kui Xing is the deification of the first four stars in the Big Dipper. It is associated with academic success or other scholarly excellence.
Commemoration Day for Marshal Kang 康元帥誕
A very well-known martial Deity in both the Taoist Canon and folklore tales known for subduing evil spirits. In certain source, it was said that Marshal Kang reigns over all Earth Deities including places of worship.
27 Aug 七月初十五 (Thu)
Zhongyuan / Ullambana Festival 中元節 / 盂蘭盆節
Zhongyuan Festival is of Taoist origin and Ullambana Festival is of the Chinese Buddhist origin. A very good example of syncretism of cultural practices. The day that is believed to have rituals done for the benefit of hungry ghosts and deceased loved ones and ancestors. What is often overlooked is that it is also the Commemoration Day for the Earth Officer 地官誕 and He is known to grant clemency to mortals’ transgressions. Chinese Buddhists overlapping this day with Sangha Day as mentioned in the Ullambana Sutra. However, this day is observed differently in other Buddhist tradition.
Regardless, this day ought not to be taken as an eerie day but, should you participate, a day to practice a genuine kindness to fellow sentient beings that are not in good conditions, without you having to set any conditions.

Commemoration Day for Tai Sui 太歲誕
In the 60 Tai Sui system, each of them has their individual commemoration day, however, this day is taken to be the collective commemoration day for all 60 of them.
2 Sep 七月初廿一 (Fri)
Commemoration Day for Patriach Pu An 普庵祖師誕
A buddhist patriach active in Song Dynasty era. He was known not only for his Dharma realization, He was also rumoured to have practiced certain Taoist Thunder Technique, famous for subduing evil spirits, and hence, He was also worshipped by certain Taoist lineage for this accomplishment.

Commemoration Day for City God 城隍尊神誕
The Guardian of a city. Often work with the netherworld deities and can be associated to one’s passing on. However, He is also in charge in patheons of enforcer deities that keep mischievous and errant spirits away from creating havoc in the mortal world.

Commemoration Day for Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva 地藏菩薩誕
Also known more affectionately as Di Zang Pu Sa in Chinese communities. One of the Five Great Bodhisattva in Chinese Mahayana Buddhism and is the epitome of Vow 大願, Often overlooked as simply a Bodhisattva that guides and liberates beings that are suffering in hell, Di Zang’s vows represents steadfast and deep commitment in one’s path. We need not save souls in hell like He does, but we can reflect are we as resolute as He is.
